Information only
The Site provides general information about the apartments at 1158–1160 W 37th St, Los Angeles, CA 90007. Nothing on the Site is an offer to lease, a reservation or a contract. A lease exists only when you and we both sign a written lease agreement.
Pricing, features and availability
Rent, fees, deposits, features, furnishings and availability are subject to change without notice and may contain errors. We’ll confirm current details in writing before you sign a lease. The “per bedroom if split evenly” figures are illustrations of an even split of the whole-apartment rent; they are not prices for individual rooms.
Photos and illustrations
Photos show representative residences in the building and may not show the specific apartment you’re interested in. Layouts, finishes and furnishings vary by apartment. Diagrams and maps on the Site are illustrations, not floor plans or to scale.
No university affiliation
37th Street Housing is privately owned and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the University of Southern California. References to USC describe location only.
Walk times and distances
Walk, bike and transit times are approximate and depend on your route, pace and conditions.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful, or to send false, misleading or abusive inquiries
- Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or submit forms
- Copy or republish Site content for commercial purposes without our permission
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, photos, graphics and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your personal use in considering a lease.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and can load third-party services, such as Google Maps. We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or any rights you have under a signed lease or under fair housing and tenant protection laws.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
